All three printers are producing low quality prints. We are trying to get them repaired as soon as possible. This should happen sometime early next week.
Why did this happen?
It appears that something sticky (envelopes, labels) has passed through each of the printers and now they all have ruined fuser units. Please do not put anything other than normal A4 plain paper into the printers without checking with the IT Office first. Printer engineers and replacement parts are expensive and having to wait for them to arrive inconveniences everyone.
But I need to print something now!
The middle printer is the least broken of the three and will still print albeit at a much lower quality. Printing is available in the OUCS Help Centre (13 Banbury Road) or you may be able to print in your department.
