You can only submit PDF documents for printing via email.
Send your document as an email attachment to the following email address:
mobile.print@queens.ox.ac.uk
NB – Mobile Print email address must be in the TO: or CC: field.
Documents will not be collected for printing if you send using the BCC: field.
Once submitted you can release your print job at one of the two Epson MFDs (Moffatt Room or Library) by tapping your University Card on the reader underneath the display or by typing in your PIN – which is the same as your University Barcode number.
Conferences
Conferences can be issued with a PIN for printing and photocopying – contact the College Conference Office and ask for details
Creating a PDF for printing
There is no need to create a separate PDF anymore – you can create a PDF and send it within a new email message directly from Microsoft Office applications (eg Word)
Open Microsoft Word and go to: File > Share > Email > Send as PDF (see screenshot attached)
This creates a PDF on the fly which is then deleted once you send the email to mobile print – so no more additional PDF files cluttering up your hard drive.
