Coming back to Oxford on a new course next year?
Students who have a conditional or unconditional offer on a course for next Academic Year (AY) will have their OXFORD SSO, Nexus365 and REMOTE ACCESS accounts extended to the end of 2nd week of Michaelmas term (this October).
After 30th June you can double check your account status to make sure it has been extended so that you retain access to your NEXUS365 email account after your “University Card” expires. (Please note that University Card finish dates will not change.)
Check your “Status” and “Finish Date” here: https://register.it.ox.ac.uk/self/user_info
IT Services will expect your application for next year’s course to be in the Student Record system even if you have not yet satisfied all requirements. This will be sufficient to ensure your account will be extended. Once you have satisfied all requirements, your account will be further extended to the completion date on your new University Card.
Up-to-date information should be available via Student Self Service: https://www.evision.ox.ac.uk/
If you think your details are incorrect, please ask the College Office to check on your behalf.

If you are moving to a different College next year…
Everyone retains their first Oxford affiliation username even when moving Colleges or jobs – so if Queen’s was your first College then you will keep your “quee” number. IT Services will remove your Queen’s email alias and add your new College / Department email aliases. These new email aliases both deliver messages to your original Nexus mailbox – ie you will still have access to any messages sent to your original Queen’s email address.
