Automatic Upgrade of Sophos
Apple Mac OS X
Sophos have announced that installations of Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac OS X v7 will automatically be upgraded to the latest version, v8, starting in July 2012.
Microsoft Windows
Sophos have announced that systems using Sophos Endpoint v9.5 and v9.7 will be upgraded automatically to v10 during July 2012.
A reboot will be required after the upgrade; however Sophos protection will not be affected if computers are not rebooted immediately.
