However, the game has been raised this morning with a Spear Phishing attack against MCR Presidents and Treasurers. You have been warned!
What is a Spear Phishing attack?
This is where the attackers / scammers / bad-guys have done some homework and have pulled information about people from the College website and LinkedIn and then crafted targeted emails and then spoofed the sender. I have read about this for many years but this is it happening today. A sad day indeed.
